Operation direction of stone diamond saw blade

1. The general principle of the diamond saw blade machine is that,

when the saw blade mounted on the spindle rotates and moves in a reciprocating straight line on the guide rail of the beam, the single-arm saw moves in a reciprocating straight line on the table. The saw blade cuts into kernel material to produce extrusion, grinding and cutting action to form the saw path.

2. The moving parts of the saw machine should be of sufficient precision, and the operation should be stable with low noise and vibration. If the saw blade is repeatedly impacted by vibration, it will lead to the breakage, falling off or very wear of the cutting head.

3. The main motor power of the saw machine is determined by the diameter of the saw blade and the stone material cut. For the empirical data, please see the following table:

4· the saw machine must be replaced with lubricating oil and oil after 4-6 months of operation.

5. Before starting the machine every day, check and add lubricating oil to the sliding and rotating parts such as lead screw, guide rod and guide rail, and often check the guide rail of apricot beam. No sundries shall be left on it

6. After each shift, the above parts shall be lubricated with oil.

7. Regularly check the connections of screws to prevent loosening, and regularly check whether the tightness of triangle belt is appropriate.

8. Regularly remove stone powder, rinse trolley and 1 site.
