The flange is not tightened properly,causing the blade rotate or vibrate on the spindle Wrench-tighten spindle nut to make certain the blade is adequately secured to prevent it from rotation or vibration
The flange is dirty,worn bent,make the blade can not fix properly Clean or replace the flange
