EZ Change HTC Resin Grinding Pad for Concrete Surface

To use the EZ Change HTC Resin Grinding Block, follow these steps:
Prepare the concrete surface: Ensure that the concrete surface is clean and free of any debris or loose material. If necessary, use a broom or vacuum cleaner to remove dirt and dust.
Attach the grinding block: The EZ Change system utilizes a metal plate with Velcro-like hooks that securely holds the grinding block. Simply align the holes on the grinding block with the hooks on the metal plate and press them together firmly until they are securely attached.
Start grinding: Once the grinding block is attached, you can begin the grinding process. Hold the grinder with both hands and apply even pressure as you move the grinder back and forth over the concrete surface. Start with a coarser grit grinding block to remove any imperfections or coatings on the surface.
Progress to finer grits: After grinding with the coarser grit block, you can switch to finer grits to achieve a smoother finish. Repeat the grinding process, gradually moving to finer grits until you achieve the desired level of smoothness and polish.
Clean the surface: Once you have finished grinding, clean the concrete surface thoroughly to remove any residue or dust. A wet vacuum or mop can be used to remove the debris.
