Husqvarna Redi Lock 20G Double Arrow Segment For Concrete Surface Preparation
These Redi Lock double arrow segments are designed to be used with PG floor grinders to remove epoxy and glue over concrete floors.
Arrow shape 16 grit diamond segments are used for aggressive concrete floor grinding.
These 16 grit diamond segments can be used for the first pass when grinding very hard concrete to expose the aggregate (stones in the concrete).
These concrete grinding shoes have the Redi Lock compatible shape so they fit onto Husqvarna concrete floor grinders.
What difference does the shape of the segments make?
When grinding concrete, the segment’s edge is cutting the concrete rather than the whole segment’s surface sliding over the concrete. For this reason, the larger the perimeter of the segment shape the more of the segment will be cutting into the concrete.
Metal Bond
Our 16 grit arrow shaped segments are made in a soft metal bond for grinding hard concrete.

Usually Split PCD and PCD are used for removing concrete,coating,adhesives and screeds.
Hexagonal and round segment bar are suitable for concrete grinding.
Arrow and Zigzag segment bar have good sharpness.
